1-on-1 PLAYER COACHING
The club is able to offer personalised 1-on-1 football coaching to players to improve their skills, confidence and mindset.
Having something that is affordable for all ages and skill level to ensure we meet our development goals as a grassroots club.
1-on-1 coaching means that all the focus is on the player with aim to improve your skill level, strengthen your weaknesses, enhance your strengths and transform your game.
All Skill Levels & All Ages !
Itβs a common misconception that 1-on-1 coaching is only for elite players and that its costs a huge amount to have this. Yet when asked to ignore the misconceptions, would this be something a player 9parent) would be interested in to advance the player, most often the answer is yes.
As a grassroots club, we believe we need to cater for all to develop but this needs to work within the clubs overall model and delivery.
Give yourself the opportunity to transform your game.
So why, when I train with my team twice a week ?
Team training is a must, to ensure learning of what your coach wishes to deliver for the team, positionally, tactically against a team training calendar and delivery and team achievements. There is no substitute for this and must continue. However, its no fair on the coach to spend any individual time with a player when they have 12-18 (juniors to youth) people to think of and see the team 3hours a week for training.
However, team training may not be getting you enough touches on the ball, which is where 1-on-1 individual (small groups) training steps in to fill the gap.
The training is personalised and tailored to the player.
Children learn at different rates and in different methods. 1-on-1 coaching provides the opportunity to nurture a personalised and tailored environment targeting areas to overcome obstacles and at the pace of the player than a team.

Why Small Groups when its 1-on-1 ?
Some kids are not comfortable having direct attention. They prefer if someone is with them doing the same or steps forwards and does it first.
Training with a friend is not unpopular. Having someone with you or in small group of 3 with similar level of ability that helps with confidence and/or pushing you and encouraging you tends to bring our the best and competitive nudge that tends to make players work harder and grab more from the time with the coach.
For parents, this also lowers the financial burden where the cost can be spread by a few others.
How do I find out more , the cost or to book ?
